Key Features
- Heavyweight polyester webbing woven with more picks per inch than typical straps on the market, for a webbing that resists abrasion, tearing, and cutting
- Heat-sealed webbing ends that resist fraying so the strap keeps its finished edge over years of use
- Corrosion-resistant zinc-plated hardware built for outdoor and roadside use
- Loop-style design with no hook hardware, so it can wrap around cargo of nearly any shape
- Tagged and stenciled with break strength and working load limit information to support compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American cargo securement standards
Applications
- Bundling lumber, pipe, and conduit
- Palletized freight and box bundling
- Securing irregularly shaped loads without fixed anchor points
- General-purpose cargo bundling
Installation
Wrap the loop around the load or bundle and feed the tail back through the ratchet mandrel, then crank to take up slack and bring the strap to a secure, even tension. Fold the handle down to lock it, and check that the wrap sits away from sharp edges that could damage the webbing.
